“Grameen Heritage Tourism” is an attempt to provide a wholesome experience of the beauty, simplicity and richness of Indian countryside. It offers an opportunity for the visitors to observe the traditional Indian customs, developmental efforts in rural India and the intervention of modern technology and concomitant changing face of rural India.

Given the natural richness and diversity offered by the vast Indian countryside, we have designed different products to capture one or a few of these aspects.

Jaipur City – An amalgamation of Modern and the Heritage

Jaipur city has developed into a metropolitan city with the uniqueness of still managing to retain some of it’s cultural and architectural heritage. From a heritage perspective, Jaipur retains the physical monuments and forts, however, the social side of rustic Rajasthan Heritage experience is lost in the modern life of Jaipur.

Our efforts in the below given packages are to provide our guests the best of Rajasthan in both these aspects. A stay at Bagwara haveli (30 Kms from Jaipur city center) gives an opportunity to do a sight seeing trip in Jaipur during the day and enjoy the evening and night in the cosy and peaceful environs of Bagwara.

A glimpse of Aristocracy - 2 Days / 1 Night


Area: Bagwara, Jaipur (30 Km from Jaipur City center)

Price: Rs. 2000 per person for a group of at least 2 people

Basic Services Include - Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, accommodation (Twin Sharing) in comfortable rooms at the exquisite Bagwara Haveli

Day 1 - Activities
• A traditional welcome followed by an orientation with village artisans to understand and participate in craft activities like pottery, bangle work, dyeing, weaving, woodwork etc.
• A sumptuous meal in the middle of a farm - Fresh vegetables of your choice plucked from the same farm and cooked in mouth watering traditional style
• An evening session with village locals to share experiences
• Cultural night with local village music / dance, specially organized for you followed by deliciously rich Rajasthani dinner

Day 2 - Activities
• Visiting the oldest and most revered monuments of the village
• A trip through the village in a Camel Cart OR Camel / Horse Riding trip in an open area for more adventurous travelers
• Interaction with the villagers / local hosts
• Departure in the evening

Not Include
• Transportation to and from Bagwara. Car bookings (AC / non-AC) can be done directly at customer cost based on specific requirements
• Any additional activity over and above mentioned in the previous section

A Rendezvous with Aristocracy - 3 Days / 2 Nights


Area: Bagwara, Jaipur (30 Kms from Jaipur City center)

Price – Rs. 3500 per person for a group of at least 2 people

Basic Services Include - Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, accommodation (Twin Sharing) in comfortable rooms at the exquisite Bagwara Haveli

Day 1
• A traditional welcome followed by an orientation with village artisans to understand and participate in craft activities like pottery, bangle work, dyeing, weaving, woodwork etc.
• Participate in village games like Sitolia, Volleyball, Kabaddi
• An evening session with village locals to share the days’ experiences

Day 2
• A Guided tour of various farm activities and farming practices, and an option to participate in selected farm activities
• A sumptuous meal in the middle of a farm - Fresh vegetables of your choice plucked from the same farm and cooked in mouth watering traditional style
• Visit to near by places
• Cultural night with local village music / dance, specially organized for you followed by deliciously rich Rajasthani dinner

Day 3
